Enjoy a cooling break from the sun by day or a satisfying nightcap at any one of Galley Bay's four open-air lounges. All four serve a wonderful selection of cooling Caribbean cocktails, top-shelf liquor and wines by the glass, along with nonalcoholic beverages.
Make a point of stopping by the distinctive Tee Pee Bar, with its high peaked roof. It's famous for the Galley Bay Special, a delightful frozen mixture of Cavalier light rum, coconut cream, grenadine and fresh bananas. The Tee Pee Bar is a popular gathering spot where guests enjoy each other's company and spectacular sea views, both day and night. “Don’t miss the sunset.”
The Lounge Bar is a fine place to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in a contemporary setting, and enjoy live nightly entertainment.
For the utmost in romance, the Gauguin Bar welcomes guests before and after lunch and dinner in a lovely setting with rustic charm.
Nestled in the lush green garden, this Bar offers a wide range of local and international beverages to include fine aged wines and spirits.
In the restaurants, shoes are worn and bathing suites are covered. After 6:30 p.m.(restaurants and bars),
men wear shirts with collars and short or long sleeves (no T-shirts or tank tops) and long pants or stylish jeans (no shorts,
Capri or 3/4 pants); and women wear dresses, skirts, long pants or stylish jeans, and culottes. For all guest In June, July,
and August tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts" or cutoffs) can be worn.
