GAUGUIN RESTAURANT & BAR

Inspired by the French artist’s love of color, nature, and island life, Gauguin Restaurant is Galley Bay’s most romantic dining setting. Nestled beneath individual thatched cabanas by the sea, every table feels like a private escape — where the sound of the ocean and the flicker of candlelight set the mood for an unforgettable evening.

Begin your day with a Caribbean-style breakfast featuring the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and tropical flavors. At lunch and dinner, our Euro-Caribbean menu artfully blends traditional local cuisine with European culinary tradition — vibrant, creative, and always bursting with color. Whether you linger over a lazy lunch or settle in for a candlelit dinner, Gauguin is a meal worth savoring slowly.

AN INTIMATE SETTING BY THE SEA

ITucked along the shoreline, Gauguin offers a more private dining experience, with candlelit cabanas and a relaxed island atmosphere. From tropical breakfasts to intimate evening dining, each moment is designed for quiet connection and unhurried enjoyment.
